  • the people of west papua have been living on their land for over 60,000 years. in the 1930's the dutch invaded them and when they finally left in the 60's the west papuans were promised that their nation's sovereignty would be respected, but soon after indonesia invaded for the vast resources of the papuans and are colonizing and exploiting the land while the papuans try to defend their nation in resistance cells with little to no guns.
