Videotaped By Kenny Snodgrass, Actives and Author of From Victimization to Empowerment. www.trafford.com/07-0913 - Aiyana Jones, a seven year old was sleeping when the Detroit Police search for a homicide suspect, in a Friday slaying of Jarean Blake, a 17-year-old boy in the area went terribly wrong, and precious little Aiyana Jones was fatally wounded. Charles Jones, her father said he had just gone to bed after covering Aiyana with her princess blanket. Charles also said, he was trying not to be angry, but wanted his story to be told. Aiyana was a beautiful child who loved to sing etc. DPD reported they arrested the suspect during the search. A major investigating of this fatal tragedy is now to taking place by the Michigan State Police! Approximately 200 to 230 attended. I dont know whats more sad the death of Aiyana or the fact that we are praying instead of spraying. Aiyana is not only the daughter of the immediate family but she is the daughter of the whole black community. We have all lost a daughter over this senseless bullshit. r.i.p. baby girl.
